Electric valve works by rotating the sprool valve to the flow or occlusion. Electric ball valve has switch light, small size, reliable sealing, simple structure, can be made large caliber, and it is easy maintained,.The the spherical surface & sealing surface are usually in the closed state, so it can not easily be eroded, and has been widely used in all sectors.

Electric ball valves and plug valves are belong to the same type of valve, only it's closing member is a sphere, the sphere around the center line of a valve rotarying to achieve open and close a valve.

Electric valve is mainly used to cut the flow of media ,distribut and change flow direction in the pipeline .Ball is widely used in a new type of valve in the recent years,it has the following advantages :

1 Fluid resistance , the drag coefficient equal to the same length of pipe.

3 Tight , reliable. At present the sealing material are mainly PTFE, so it 's good sealing , and has also been widely used in the vacuum.

4.Easy to operate, opening and closing rapidly, It can be fully open to fully closed as long as the rotation 90 °, and easy to the remote control.

5.Easy to be maintained, simple ball valve, seals are generally active,and easy to replace demolished.
6.When the valve are fully open or fully closed, the ball & seat sealing surface are isolated from medium, it will not cause the valve sealing surface be eroded as medium pass through

7.Wide range of applications, from a few millimeters to tens of millimeters in diameter,.Both high vacuum and high pressure can be applied.

Electric ball valve has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, power generation, paper, nuclear, aviation, rockets and other departments, as well as people's daily lives.
